“The Ottoman emperors whenever the name of the Prophet (s) comes, they stand up. even if that emperor or sultan or king, even if he is in an association or assembly of his advisors and ministers he stands up and everyone stands up when the name of the Prophet (s) comes out. if it comes one time they stand up and if it comes 100 times they stand 100 times. they dont say we stood up one time no problem. No they stand up each time”

Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem!Four Signs of A Hypocrite

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whoever has (the following) four characteristics will be a pure hypocrite: If he speaks, he tells a lie; if he gives a promise, he breaks it; if he makes a covenant he proves treacherous; and if he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent, evil, insulting manner (unjust). And whoever has one of these characteristics, has one characteristic of a hypocrite unless he gives it up.” [Sahih Bukhari]Make a check list of all un-Momin like traits that you find within yourself. At the end of each day check which shortcoming you succumbed to. Give yourself marks. See how long it takes you to achieve full marks, i.e. you display only Momin (believer vs. Munafiq/hypocrite) like characteristics that day. Then keep this up. Having a visual check list and a grading system helps.
