Fountain of Abundance

14 Jan

Realized this morning that my breathing reflected a lack of Abundance that I believe in. This guided me to open up further and invite abundance to the body. To breathe into places of pain that have been neglected, restricted because of habits of fear from evolving. This struggle is one to Realize the fountain of abundance in the midst of limited thinking and behaving, breathing.

O Possessor of the Fountain of Abundance!
You invite us to part take!
Why wait, while you call us to sip from the Tremendous Flow?
Let us hasten to your Opening!
The Mercy Unfolding!

Deep within the body Lives a Craving, a Thirst!
To exchange these Pangs for Realization
That through form comes meaning
And these connections ascend us toward Essence!
The Mind within us is to Remind from within Your Remembrance!
Thousands and Thousands of Blessings and Peace Be Upon You!

Meditations On the Light of Praise

13 Jan

Praise opens the heart

Because it’s the root of Existence

While Self is a shield for Praise

buried in the confines of self

‘self’ here refers to ‘form’

illusions of limits and suffering.

Self melts down as it’s weaned

Or how coal loses form in the Fire

Enraptured in energy of Fire

Released into movement unbounded

Dancing flames are witnessed

in glowing combustions of Praise

Weaned from fight and flight

The Deep unlocks unseen spaces

To be dressed from vaporous Light

Poured down through springfalls of mystics.

Dress up from DownPouring Praise

These idols of sand disappear

The water beneath is freed

Back into The River of Praise

There is an often repeated word

Spoken in the Quran

it sounds like Saw La Ha

We’ll transliterate it ‘Salaha’

Three letters often read

and overlooked as cliche or stale habit

Some interpret it ‘righteousness’

Others ‘good deeds’

Salaha speaks of reconciliation

Healing where it is needed,

born out of the light of Purity in the heart.

A purity that when found

cannot be corrupted

if held steadfast to its Source

To open up the fullness of your Light

At what level do we exist?

When we look down into ourselves

Trillions of Cells

DNA that would span across our solar system

Atoms and molecules

Lights and strings of intelligence

Springs and oceans that we can call ‘us’

We are invited to reconcile vibration,

The conflict, tug of war, pulling upon our persons

Into the drama that we project upon each other

and suffer reaction and…

For the night of desires

27 Dec

For the night of desires. When the Prophet Muhammad passed from his father to mother. (The first Thursday of the lunar month of Rajab)

When you’ve truly bowed down and prostrated with intent of nearness to the Creator

Know that you’ve entered into Awareness of a community of light.

Through humility and love this community has a contagious way of

being ‘dressed’ and their radiance is your radiance on the uniqueness of your mirror.

The deeper the prostration
The deeper your mirror shines.

This is not simple unless humiltity has taken root in the heart.

This is not complicated when you listen from the depth of your heart and soul.

Try this sincerely.
You will not lose.

May our assembly be joyful and honorable. Marhaba – welcome O Yaran Shah Mardan. Let’s be clean. Let’s ask for cleanliness from our Lord. O Yaran Shah Mardan. Our Lord loves clean ones. O Yaran Shah Mardan, the holy ones. How nice to be close to our Lord, to take nur/light from our Lord. How nice to be close to our Lord.

Marhaba O Shah Mardan, marhaba. Welcome. Welcome. Those who are welcomed don’t leave empty-handed. They don’t leave empty-handed. Our Lord doesn’t send them away emptyhanded. As-salamu Alaykum/ greeting of peace O Yaran Shah Mardan. Our Lord gives us plenty. Our Lord does not send His…
